TRLIA also as you stated earlier, said they constructed a sand berm just west of the highway 70 bridge to the Western Pacific rail Road however in the post I posted from the Corps of Engineers spokesman he states the Corps constructed that Berm in 1997, TRLIA was not in existence at the time.

That is not the exact work done by TRLIA as you and Mr. Ellis state, in fact TRLIA falsified the request as I have reported.

Mr. Reinhardt, project engineer for TRLIA and employed by MBK engineers stated in the Early Implementation funding request to DWR,
" the following words on page 4, Phase 2, Added a seepage berm to the existing yuba river left ( south ) bank levee from the Western Pacific Rail Road (WPRR) to highway 70 and from highway 70 to the Southern pacific Rail road."

The Western pacific Rail Road is West of the highway 70 bridge, the Circular Seepage berm constructed by the Corps of engineers in 1997, is West of the Highway 70 bridge, there is no sand berm from the Highway 70 bridge on east to the Shad road as TRLIA stated to DWR , the Corps, and FEMA for certification, accreditation and Reimbursement Funding, there is a sand berm constructed by TRLIA in 2005 from the East side of the Shad Road and on East to the Southern pacific Railroad, just behind the Walt-Mart store.

There is no sand berm constructed by any one from the west side of the Shad road on west to the Highway 70 bridge as stated by TRLIA, Yourself and Corps of Engineers spokesman Mr. Ellis.
