My little Tipper escaped and was found wandering the neighborhood by one of the BVID guys, Kevin.  He called the number on his tag.  I got a call from the vet ( I was at work) and they offered to keep Tipper until I could come fetch him. I am very pleased that they would do this.

That is what community service is all about - helping one another. It truly does take a village to raise a community, welcome to the village.

Doctor Sullivan is great!

I cannot say anything but wonderful words about Prairie Creek and it's current staff. They have saved the day for me many of times and have saved me lot of money and time of driving anywhere else. I agree, Dr. Sullivan, as well as Doc Challie are wonderful and great and their heart is in what they do. There have been a lot of changes going on over there during the past year, and they have been for the better. I completely trust them with ALL my animals, and the compassion and support they give to the animal owners is just wonderful and long lasting. They are for sure a gem up here in our Foothills and a professional asset to the community.

Well....we are by no means perfect......had a nasty glitch in the after hours service last week and a dear client waited way to long to be referred out...If anyone else has problems with waiting to hear back from us or is treated poorly by our after hours answering service I would like to know.

Any other feedback is appreciated as well....we keep trying to improve.

froglet2 apparently you are doing your best to overcome the negative comments that have been made over the past year or so. From what I read you have improved the service greatly and will probably get back in the good grace of the locals. Good luck.

I agree..I am very happy with the service I received at Prairie Creek. I am thankful they are so close. I had an emergency recently with my dog..with their expertise and quick response she is fine. I love the staff, especially Kristi and Lisa..Dr Sullivan is very knowledgeable and kind. I am happy Prairie Creek is in the foothills. Thank you.

I had a previous negative experience but last friday tried them again and it was great! I am extremely pleased and will go back !

Some times bad days happen, thankfully they don't kill us and we have an opportunity to make a difference and get a "do over."

Thank you all for such kind comments. They really do mean a lot to us here. With all of the divorce drama and Dr Chaillie's wife leaving last March we have been trying very hard to make sure that the community is not suffering and to improve some the the issues that were problems previously. If anyone is being treated unfairly I want to know about it. We have a Facebook page and a hospital website that folks can turn in experiences with in a confidential manner as well.

Even if the problem was previous to our office manager's leaving we want to know about it.

I have not been happy with the service at Prarie creek in the past, but I am willing to keep trying for a better experience. I do have to come and put my daughters cat down this week sometime, we shall see how it goes.
