Anybody raising rabbits?  I have done some research and read tons of "How-to" but I would love to pick the brains of an experienced rabbitry owner in this area before I get started.  You can private message me or respond here.  Thanks you.

I have had several pet rabbits over the last few years, but do not breed rabbits. However, if there is a strange disease or condition, one of my rabbits has had it! One of the big surprises I had was learning about rabbit bots the hard way. Although both rabbits that were affected survived, I'll never forget the sight of those suckers under their skin--bleah!

I have seen pictures (Part of the research) and it does look gross. I will be raising rabbits for meat and would like to discuss health and care issues, best type of housing for this area, opinions of best breeds/breeders, etc. If you hear of anyone let me know. Thanks.
