While it's great to ask those question, what we really need are the answers. Of course, many of the questions are already answered...

If this next election does go to a three candidate race, should the winner be declared by the most votes by any one candidate or should the election be decided by Borda or Condercet count?

 

There are several precedents. Bush v. Gore being the most recent. Nader being the spoiler.
